Girl Power

Welcome!!  Today's Challenge over at StampNation is all about making a card for someone who inspires you. My card will go to a secret someone who inspires me. I cannot say who as she may see this before she gets this card.  We also have a new Masterclass starting this week by the fabulous Concord & 9th!!  I love their stamps!! and have used some of them on my card. Here is a peek.

Encouragement Challenge - July 2017

Welcome back!!  This month for the encouragement challenge the Squad worked off of this inspiration board.

I loved the rainbow of colors and used them all!!  Plus who can resist an air balloon!!

I used the new Floating Stamp set from CAS-ual Fridays and Stamped the large balloon image and sentiment on top of my Distress Oxide blended background with Versafine Onyx Black ink and embossed it with Wanderlust embossing powder by WOW. I added a bit of bling, layered it on a panel of black cardstock and popped it on a top fold white card base.

Power Poppy - Hues to use.

Happy Sunday everyone!!  Today I am participating in the Power Poppy Hues to Use Challenge. The color challenge this week is based on this picture.

For my card I used a digital image from the Rose and Chamomile digital stamp set.

I printed out the image onto a piece of Catherine Pooler Premium White card stock and colored the it using Copic markers E08, YR15, YR17, YR18, C1, C3, C5, C7 AND B000. The sentiment is from Birds of a Feather stamp set by Catherine Pooler Designs. The panel was die cut using the Wonky stitched rectangle die from Simon Says Stamp.
